What to evaluate in a monitoring platform
Ask for a demonstration relevant to your facility. Check the meters supported, the data available, reporting and billing requirements, alert configuration, user access and service scope.
Evaluate results against the measurement plan and your operating needs. A supplier case study is useful context, but it is not an independent rating of every feature in the current EAGLES platform.
